JK Adams 6x6-in. Ulu Chopper and Board

The Ulu is the Alaskan cousin to the Italian Mezzaluna, half-moon chopper. The single blade is smaller but has the same efficient curved edge to quickly mince herbs with the roll of the wrist. The hardwood herb bowl, which is shaped to match the blade curve, can be flipped over and used as a handy bar board.
