MIU 3-qt. Covered Chef's Pan

Our commercial cookware is constructed with a heavy gauge stainless steel body to prevent any interaction with food. It is then fitted with a stainless steel encapsulated 0.5mm aluminum disk for even heat conductivity. A stay-cool handle is then spot welded to every piece for ease of handling. An added benefit is that the cookware can be used on an induction top cook-top. This covered chef's pan is ideal for everyday use -- stir fry vegetables and meats with ease. The curved sides make it excellent for preparing sauces as well. To prevent scratches, use a silicone spatula when scraping the sides of the pan. The 3-Quart, Stay-Cool Handle, Stainless Steel Covered Chef's Pan and lid are both finished with a high polished surface, and are both dishwasher safe.
